When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and business details you provide. When you use Ellie, we store the business data you enter: jobs, time entries, invoices, quotes, bookkeeping records, and conversation history with the Ellie assistant.
We use your data to operate the Ellie service: running your business workspace, providing the voice assistant, and generating the reports and documents you request. We do not sell your personal information or your business data.
Voice interactions are transcribed to text so Ellie can respond. Audio is processed to fulfill your request and is not used for advertising.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Ellie (hosting, AI processing, payment processing), and only as necessary to provide the service. We will disclose information if required by law.
You can export or delete your business data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us at hello@runwithellie.com. Deleting your account removes your business data.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
